1. Acceptance of Terms

By hiring the services of our remodeling measurement company, the client accepts the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Offered

We offer accurate measurement services for different spaces, including, but not limited to, kitchens, bathrooms, closets, living rooms, and more. Measurements are delivered in two formats: by hand and in CAD format. The services offered are focused on residential spaces, which does not mean that measures can be taken in commercial buildings as long as they maintain the same proportions of residential spaces.

3. Precision of Measurements

We are committed to taking measurements as accurately as possible. However, it is important to keep in mind that there is always a margin of technical and human error in any measurement process. Before any constructive action, you are responsible for checking the measurements. To provide even more peace of mind to our customers, we offer the ability to review measurement results and provide new, updated drawings free of charge in the event of a serious error.

4. Delivery of Measurements

The measurements taken will be delivered to the client in two options: by hand, using a detailed hand-drawn diagram, or in CAD format, with a digital file that includes dimensions and technical details. When it is impossible to take exact measurements due to obstacles or hidden elements, measurements will be provided as approximate as possible (e.g., outlets and pipes inside cabinets, etc.). In the case of appliances, sinks and hand basins, their dimensions will be taken by axes. Elevation drawings shall be made only when the necessary information cannot be represented on a plan drawing. Before any constructive action, you are responsible for checking the measurements.

5. Use of Information

The measurements provided are exclusively for use by the client and/or their contractors in the remodeling process. We are not responsible for the misuse of information by third parties.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The CAD files delivered are the intellectual property of our company and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of them is not permitted.

7. Limited Liability

We strive to provide accurate and complete measurements, but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. We are not responsible for any damage or harm resulting from the use of the measures provided. Before any constructive action, you are responsible for checking the measurements.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

In case of cancellation of services by the client, it will only be possible with 24 hours’ notice as stipulated in our cancellation process. No refunds are offered once measurements have been taken. In the event that a reservation is made in a commercial building and the space does not meet the average proportions for residential spaces, no measurements will be taken and the total cost less the base cost of the service will be refunded.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to the provision of additional services.

10. Legal-disclaimer

We are committed to protecting the personal information provided by our clients during the action taking process. This website provides links to other websites owned by third parties. The content of such third party sites is not under our control, and we cannot and will not assume responsibility for the information or content thereof. We cannot endorse any products promoted, offered or sold on the third party site, nor that such sites are free of computer viruses or anything else that has a destructive property.
